Membership
There is nothing to buy. No membership is on sale, no price is published, and no payment is collected anywhere on this site. This page explains what is free today and what a paid tier would mean if one is ever opened.
Free, now, to anyone
- Chapters I–III of Book One
- The full text of the released chapters, with reader controls for measure, type size, and contrast. No account and no email address required.
- The audiobook edition of those chapters
- Chapters I–III are narrated from the same text you read, and play in order as one continuous listen. Nothing later has been recorded, because nothing later is published.
- Companion documents
- The in-world family packet and the reader’s guide to the three commands of the Troy Games, linked from the Book One page.
- The journal
- Public writing about the work itself, with an RSS feed.
If a paid tier is opened later
- Later chapters
- Access would be decided by a check on the server for every request, so an unreleased or unpaid chapter is never served from a cache or a shared page.
- Audio
- Today’s narration is free. Any audio held back for a paid tier would be served the same way this is — through a proxy that checks each request against the snapshot being read, never a public media link.
- Card details
- Card entry would happen only on Stripe-hosted pages. This site would never take a card number itself.
