Privacy
A plain description of how this site behaves today. It is written to be accurate rather than exhaustive, and it will be revised — not quietly broadened — if the site starts doing more.
What is not collected
- No reader accounts, so no names, emails, or passwords are held for readers.
- No payments, so no card details reach this site.
- No advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking scripts are loaded.
- No third-party fonts or media are fetched for the reading experience.
What does happen
Serving a page necessarily processes the request — the address it came from, the page asked for, and the browser’s own headers — and the hosting platform keeps operational logs of that traffic to keep the service running and secure.
Reading preferences such as measure, type size, and how far you have read are stored in your own browser so a chapter reopens where you left it. They are not sent anywhere and are cleared when you clear site data.
The author’s private review area uses a session cookie for the author alone. It is not set for readers.
Manuscript and audio
Unreleased chapters and any production audio are withheld by a server-side check on every request and are never placed in public bundles, sitemaps, or shared caches. Personalized and gated responses are marked private and no-store so one reader’s response cannot be replayed to another.
Requests and questions
Since no personal account data is held, there is normally nothing to export or delete. No privacy contact address is published yet; see Contact for what is reachable today.
